There is high tension at the city center after a luggage that seems unattended has been spotted at Development house at an ATM booth. the public has notified police and they have already arrived there but are waiting for Bomb experts to arrive at the scene.
The ATM belongs to Barclays Bank, Moi Avenue branch which is opposite Nakumatt Supermarket.
This comes barely three days after the twin Thika Road blasts that left 3 people dead and atleast 60 injured.
I am following the story closely and I will post any updates as soon as I get them.
